Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

🇺🇸 United States

Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping rate: Flat rate of $20 USD
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Duties and taxes: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and tariffs are included in the amount paid at checkout, so no additional customs payment should be required upon delivery.

🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand

Standard shipping: EMS International — approximately 8–12 business days
Priority shipping: FedEx Priority — approximately 2–5 business days

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

🇨🇦 Canada

Standard shipping: EMS International, with final delivery handled by Canada Post

Standard shipping may take approximately 21–30 business days due to possible delays within the Canada Post network.

For faster delivery, we recommend selecting FedEx Priority at checkout.

Duties and taxes: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🇩🇪 Germany, 🇫🇷 France, 🇧🇪 Belgium & 🇱🇺 Luxembourg

Shipping method: Delivered Duty Paid international shipping
Estimated delivery: Approximately 10–15 business days, unless another delivery estimate is shown at checkout

Duties and taxes: Orders shipped to Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import VAT, customs duties, and customs-clearance charges are included in the shipping amount paid at checkout.

No additional customs payment should be required upon delivery.

🌍 Other International & European Destinations

Standard shipping: EMS International or Aramex — approximately 10–15 business days
Priority shipping: FedEx Priority or DHL Express — approximately 2–5 business days

Duties and taxes: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nakila Collective does not calculate or collect import duties at checkout for destinations shipped on a DDU basis.

For orders shipped to the United States, Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, applicable import charges are included through our DDP shipping service.

For all other destinations:

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying any charges requested by customs or the delivery carrier.
Customs thresholds and charges vary by country and order value. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

Refused Shipments

When a shipment is refused because the customer does not wish to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or other costs incurred by Nakila Collective may be deducted from the customer’s refund.

This provision applies to DDU shipments. For DDP destinations, please contact us promptly if a carrier incorrectly requests an additional customs payment.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

Nakila Collective is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Any re-delivery, address-correction, or return shipping fees may be charged to the customer.
