Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping rate: Flat rate of $20 USD
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Duties and taxes: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and tariffs are included in the amount paid at checkout, so no additional customs payment should be required upon delivery.
🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand
Standard shipping: EMS International — approximately 8–12 business days
Priority shipping: FedEx Priority — approximately 2–5 business days
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
🇨🇦 Canada
Standard shipping: EMS International, with final delivery handled by Canada Post
Standard shipping may take approximately 21–30 business days due to possible delays within the Canada Post network.
For faster delivery, we recommend selecting FedEx Priority at checkout.

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the following European destinations:

Estimated delivery: Approximately 10–15 business days, unless another delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
Duties and taxes: Orders to the destinations listed above are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import VAT, customs duties and customs-clearance charges are included in the shipping amount paid at checkout.
No additional customs payment should be required upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Nakila Collective offers DDP shipping to the United States and selected European destinations.
For DDP orders, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout. Customers should not be required to make an additional customs payment upon delivery.
European DDP destinations currently include: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Monaco, Spain and Sweden.
For destinations shipped on a DDU basis, Nakila Collective does not calculate or collect import duties at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and related charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs thresholds and charges vary by country and order value. Customers in DDU destinations should contact their local customs authority if they require further information.
Refused Shipments
When a DDU shipment is refused because the customer does not wish to pay applicable duties, taxes or customs charges, any return shipping fees, customs charges or other costs incurred by Nakila Collective may be deducted from the customer's refund.
This provision applies to DDU shipments. For DDP destinations, please contact us promptly if a carrier incorrectly requests an additional customs payment.

Nakila Collective is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Any re-delivery, address-correction or return shipping fees may be charged to the customer.
