IMPORTANT TO NOTE > The ear post is made from solid sterling silver and does have a little extra thickness to it @ 1.2 mm - still for normal pierced ears but if your ear piercing hole is tiny please reach out to me before and we can find a way to customise something different to fit with surgical stainless wire .
